The company will also participate <strong>Personio<\/strong>, a leader in Europe for HR software for small and medium-sized businesses, and author of the study that gives the day its name, <strong>\u201cThe Great Re-evaluation\u201d<\/strong>, an ambitious report addressing the radical changes, driven and perpetuated by the pandemic, observed in the labour market across Europe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective of the day is to help companies in Arag\u00f3n rethink employee loyalty and performance management after the pandemic, in addition to the radical changes that have occurred in the labour market as a consequence of it. Indeed, one of the study's conclusions <strong>\u201cThe Great Re-evaluation\u201d<\/strong> The fact is that, as a result of this period of restrictions, there has been a fundamental re-evaluation of professional and personal priorities, leading 46% of workers in European SMEs to plan to look for a new job over the next 12 months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Antonio Duarte, Founding Partner and Project Director of MIG Wellhuman, <\/strong>She will bring her experience and vision to help attending companies understand how to guide their organisations' transformation, facing the needs of the new environment and their teams.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day is aimed at Chief Executives, Managers, and Human Resources professionals and will take place in the Auditorium of the Campus of <strong>ESIC Zaragoza<\/strong> between 6 pm and 7 pm.
