Demand more of yourself, always, better. Lessons from Straumann
We were keen to bring some examples of the work we've been doing since July with the Swiss brand to our blog. Straumann, a world leader and global benchmark in aesthetic dentistry and implantology, for which we are the agency in Spain and Portugal.
And we were keen for several reasons. Firstly, to accept and acknowledge that the start has been tough, a deep immersion into the account. A giant, complex company, with a very broad portfolio of brands, products, and solutions, enormously dynamic in marketing and communication activities, with very focused audiences but with very diverse interactions. It has been a challenge for all the teams involved in the account.

Secondly, because to that intensity we must add the challenge of reconciling global strategy with local strategy, connecting brand objectives with business objectives, and, at the same time, the need to innovate, to offer new alternatives to impact and inspire customers of the different brands by offering new experiences across all channels.

Third, because the most difficult challenges bring the most satisfaction. Many agencies opt for festival campaigns to showcase what they're about. We have a different culture; from the moment you join the agency, you're taught that you are a custodian of your clients' business, and that the goal isn't to be the best agency in the world, but the best agency in the world *for that client*. Straumann demand the best from our teams at all times, and it's fantastic to know that you can never fall below that threshold, and that when you do, you become indebted, and when you surpass it, you feel like a better professional until three seconds later you think you could have done better. Perhaps we are a bit Spartan, but we like to work this way. And we appreciate being pushed to be like this.
Today we leave you with one of the last jobs, the launch event for the new TLX Germany Straumann. But the least of it is how complex or simple it was to organise and execute, but rather all the work that goes on behind the scenes by the teams of Straumann and those of MIG Prisma to achieve a common goal based on demanding more from ourselves, always, better.
