MIG Wellhuman will participate in “The Great Re-evaluation”

The next Human Resources event will take place on Tuesday 7th June at 6 p.m. “The Great Re-evaluation”, organised by the prestigious Business School ESIC and in which MIG Wellhuman, the HR consultancy for our group, has been invited to participate as an expert. The company will also participate Personio, a leader in Europe for HR software for small and medium-sized businesses, and author of the study that gives the day its name, “The Great Re-evaluation”, an ambitious report addressing the radical changes, driven and perpetuated by the pandemic, observed in the labour market across Europe. 

The objective of the day is to help companies in Aragón rethink employee loyalty and performance management after the pandemic, in addition to the radical changes that have occurred in the labour market as a consequence of it. Indeed, one of the study's conclusions “The Great Re-evaluation” The fact is that, as a result of this period of restrictions, there has been a fundamental re-evaluation of professional and personal priorities, leading 46% of workers in European SMEs to plan to look for a new job over the next 12 months. 

Antonio Duarte, Founding Partner and Project Director of MIG Wellhuman, She will bring her experience and vision to help attending companies understand how to guide their organisations' transformation, facing the needs of the new environment and their teams.
