Today marks the birthday of a very special person to our entire organisation. And it's not for their enormous talent, nor for the responsibility of their role, nor for the more than 15 years they've been with us. It's because they embody so much of what we would all wish to be when we grow up. Tireless for never leaving anything unfinished. Excellent, for always finishing, and always well. A companion, so that words aren't needed and you feel that «count on me, I'll help you». Demanding, for telling you loud and clear what you don't like to hear but you feel will make you better. Inquisitive, for being the first to teach you the latest. All of this means that we forgive them for being as chatty as they are stubborn, their outbursts of sadness, their terrible tennis game, not knowing La Calocha, or for always reminding you of your birthday. It's Gisela, our Gise. Someone so important that, without them, we would be different.
