Abbott is one of the major global healthcare companies, with an international presence and a career proposition linked to innovation, science, health technology, and a positive impact on people's lives. In Spain, the company communicates its employer activity from a vision centred on talent, innovation, and contribution to the future of health.
Our work for Abbott focuses on the strategy, creativity, and media planning of their employer branding campaigns in Spain, with the aim of strengthening talent attraction in a highly competitive market, especially for specialised, technical, scientific, digital, and innovation profiles.
The project addresses a key need for leading companies: building an employer brand proposition capable of competing not just on corporate recognition, but on real relevance for candidates seeking purpose, development, innovation, stability and participation in impactful projects.
Through talent attraction campaigns for Abbott's various divisions and for their new hub in Barcelona, we developed a communication architecture aimed at sparking the interest of strategic profiles, tailoring messages to each professional audience, and maximising the efficiency of media investment.
The work linked to the Barcelona hub was developed in coordination with teams in the United Kingdom and the United States, integrating local and international criteria to ensure brand coherence, accuracy of messaging, and the ability to connect with the Spanish talent market.
MIG Prisma's contribution lies at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity, performance, and talent communication: transforming a recruitment need into a competitive employer narrative, capable of differentiating Abbott as a professional choice for individuals looking to develop their careers in health, technology, and innovation.
