Cristina Gallego, new Executive Director of MIG Embryonic

MIG has just appointed Cristina Gallego as new CEO of MIG Embryonic, MIG's digital innovation and technological development business unit, the company that owns the creative agency MIG Prisma. This professional has nearly 20 years of experience in management positions and in the creation and development of startups. Before joining MIG, she was the General Director of Neolabels and is currently also a partner and founder of Talentivo.
Gallego joins MIG Embryonic to contribute its expertise in innovation projects and drive business development for this division in accordance with the strategic plan developed in 2020, which includes, among other things, its internationalisation.
MIG Embryonic is MIG's digital and technological solutions company. Its core is the convergence of business consulting, marketing, creativity, and technology with the aim of driving and guiding its clients' organisational transformation process from a digital and technological perspective, and to turn it into a useful experience for all the organisation's stakeholders.
Likewise, MIG Embryonic is the developer and owner of licensed technological applications, such as OGMIOS LXP (a next-generation learning experience platform present in 33 countries) or Inmosaas (management software for the Real Estate sector).
With their incorporation, MIG is committed to driving the development of NEWTIVO, a startup focused on the management, acquisition, and development of talent in the digital world. The purpose of this platform is to help businesses achieve their digital talent creation and attraction objectives, while simultaneously supporting professional profiles in their search for new opportunities and adaptation to change. Qualified in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and with a PDD from IESE Business School-University of Navarra in 2010, Gallego will also become part of the Management Committee of MIG, a company specialising in business solutions to drive the organisational transformation process of companies and institutions.. She owns or is the majority shareholder in the creative agency MIG Prisma, the human resources consultancy MIG Wellhuman, the content production company MIG Tack and the technology company MDB Education.
